You will be welcomed by the english speaking cheese expert, at the cheese shop. He/she will guide you to the back stage of the fromagerie and will give you your tools, your apron and your RAW MILK!
Guided by passionnate experts you will learn the know how of making cheese. In 2h30, we will teach you how to make a fresh cheese that you could age (or eat straight away!), a incredibly good butter and a perfect mozzarella!
