Pierre Brisson (your cheese and wine guide)
Pierre was born and raised in a family run vineyard in the south of Burgondy (Morgon les Charmes – Domaine Brisson). This was his first job before dedicating his life to his beloved cheeses. Wine lovers can be reassured: the wine will not be forgotten!
